Sub: Flagrant violation of procedural guidelines when arresting women
Sir,
On the 7th April 2008, AC Murali of the Thousand Lights police station arrested three women, and one man, Srimathi Saraswati, Dr. Vijayalakshmi. Srimathi Malathi and Shri BR Haran at 7.30 p.m. The following for your attention –
1. Women are not supposed to be arrested after 6 p.m
2. No arrest memo was given to the persons arrested
3. No lady police officer or lady constable was present at the time of arrest
4. On orders from the Joint Commissioner of Police Shri Balasubramaniam, AC Murali was compelled to release the women but he did so only after forcing them to write and sign a statement that they came to the police station only for inquiry and that they were being 'let off' after inquiry
Vigil has the greatest respect for our men in uniform in the armed forces and the police services. We therefore feel compelled to approach you to seek redress. AC Murali besides using the foulest language against Francois Gautier (vellakara naai, porukki, terrorist, associates of terrorist) was also guilty of removing and causing damage to the paintings.
Needless to say, a police officer cannot interpret the law nor take the law into his own hands. He must only enforce the law. In the best interest of retaining our confidence in your department for upholding the highest norms of policing, we seek that you deal with the errant officer in question internally.
Violating procedural guidelines with regard to arrest of persons, particularly elderly women, and the use of abusive and foul language, is in our view a very gross offence and merits the strictest disciplinary action by the department against the police officer concerned. We are determined that the officer concerned must tender an unqualified apology to all the three women either in writing separately to them or through us. The women will not come to your police station again not even to accept the apology.
We are sure you will heed our legitimate demand and act in best interest of the reputation of the Tamil Nadu police and in the interest of rule of law which is the defining feature of mature democracies.

These Kashmirir-Sullas are traitors, and ought to be treated like traitors.
Just because they are Sullas, they are not doing any favor to the Hindus of Bangalore.
Hindus of Bangalore ought to do, what the Hindus of Mumbai are already doing, that is, refuse to sell or rent any land or house to the Sullas. Even stronger measures are available to the Hindus of Bangalore ( and to the Hindus of other places as well ), but this step would be a good start. It would get the attention of the Sullas.

Subj: Shabana Azmi’s statement: How you treat the security of the minority
1. Quote: Although Muslims are safer in this country than in other parts of the world because they have a stake and space in Indian democracy
COMMENT: Sullas are certainly safer in India, than they are in Pakistan, where they could be labelled as heretical or Shaitaan’s Party, and bombed out of existence, at the slightest perceived affront to Islam. They also get many Freebies in India.
2. Quote: Indian democracy is unfair to Muslims, says Shabana Azmi, actor and former MP
COMMENT: Shabana Azmi’s Islam has been bleeding & torturing Kafirs for 1400 years. Her Islamic countries of Pakistan & Bangladesh, have been brutalizing the Hindu minority for 61 years. In a few more years, there won’t be any Hindus left in either Pakistan or Bangladesh.
Is that a fair treatment of her Islam ?
If the Hindus of India, had followed Islamic-Technique, there won’t be any Moslems in India now. Moslems of India have tripled their numbers, compared with what they were in 1947. Shabana Azmi is criticizing the Hindu, in spite of their generosity. Her statement is silly & irrational.
3. Quote: Azmi said, "I think there is not enough understanding of the fact that in a democracy how you treat the security of the minority must be a very important part for the success of a democracy.
COMMENT: Shabana Azmi does not like the Indian democracy. Should we emulate the Islamic democratic style of treating its minorities, and start an orgy of massacre, rape, & plunder of the Moslems ( the way they have been doing to Hindus in Pakistan & Bangladesh ) ? Would that be better understanding of her Islam ?

COMMENT: Allah’s message to Moslems is:
“ Eat of what you have taken as booty, such as is lawful & good for you.”
Moslems have been keenly pursuing this procedure, with massacre, terror, and harassment of the Hindu, for 1200 years. What more should the Hindu do to please the Moslems ? Accept Islam’s Imperialism in India, and integrate the meek Hindu, with militant & murderous Islam. Or should the Hindu conclude that:
You cannot appease the aggressor, you have to confront the aggressor, for any chance of peace ?

COMMENT: Do you ( Shabana Azmi ) blame the Hindus for taking this Defensive-Step ?
All riots in India ( & elsewhere ) were started by Moslems. The offense of sending hundreds of millions of accursed Kafir-Hindus, to Hell in Islamic-Jehad, is very much in the memory of the Hindu. With this kind of repute & standing of the Moslem, would any Hindu dare to have a Moslem, either in his house or in his neighborhood ? Shabana: Try to put yourself in the other guy’s shoes, to understand the nature of the problem.
The responsibility must be placed where it properly belongs, that is on Moslem’s actions & his Islam, and not on the Hindu, for being defensive.

COMMENT: Shabana Azmi: Give this advice to your Ungrateful-Moslems of Kashmir, who have been given more benefits than, the Hindus of Jammu, and the Hindus of India. In spite of lavish treatment by the GOI, the Moslems of Kashmir are murdering & plundering the Hindus of Kashmir, kicking them out of their houses, and trying to decimate them out of Kashmir, in true Islamic style.

UPA’s SOFT-APPROACH IS ENHANCING TERRORISM IN INDIA

1. The substantial-success of operation BAD ( Bangalore, Ahmadabad, & Delhi ) un-mistakably establishes that, the soft approach of the UPA government is not working, in fact it is increasing terrorism in India. UPA’s defective approaches, like the revocation of POTA, suspension of capital punishment of prominent terrorists ( such as Afzal Guru ), & soft-conversation of political leaders with the relatives & dependents of terrorists, encourage the terrorists rather than deter them. It emboldens the terrorists to make further assaults at additional sites, practically all across India. It is worth understanding that, UPA is going out of its way, to be nice to the Moslems, with a view towards vote-bank politics. The truth is that UPA is not a fighter against terrorists, it is only making a pretense of fighting terrorism.
2. The basic cause of UPA’s soft approach towards terrorism, is due to its commitment towards a fictional Hindu-Muslim Unity, as a result of which it issues perfunctory advice to the Indian people, to remain calm, rather than go after the terrorists in real earnest & root them out. Most of the UPA partners are of the Phoney-Liberal brand, they are also totally ignorant about the real nature of Islam. Consequently, they act like master-hypocrites, and do not want to believe what they see clearly. But regardless of how hard they try, the Hindu-Muslim Unity remains more elusive than ever before. In spite of all this evidence, UPA remains committed to this fiction. Not only that, UPA has made Hindu-Muslim Unity, at the mercy of the Moslems, and is treating the Hindus as Enemy # 1.
3. UPA’s gargantuan ignorance of Hindu-Muslim Unity, is beyond belief or description. Hindu-Muslim Unity concept is not something new. It has existed since 1916 (lukknow pact ) & ever since has had disastrous results. Despite more & more concessions offered to the Moslems, the concessions have never been enough to suit the convenience of the Moslems, & Hindu-Muslim Unity has been a lost cause.
4. It is time for the Hindus to realize that, Hindu-Muslim Unity is an absurd concept, due to the nature of Islam, which divides humanity into two warring camps, Allah’s Party & Devil’s Kafir-Party. The Devil’s Kafir Party is a wretched lot & Moslems can neither accept this wretched-bunch, nor can co-operate with it.
Hindus ought to face the unpleasant reality that, instead of chasing fictional Hindu-Muslim Unity, they ought to go after the Sullas ( especially the terrorist types ) , kick their A**, until terrorism is no more, and the myth of the superiority of Allah’s religion has been exploded.
